Metroid Prime Remastered is a remastered version of the original Metroid Prime game, released for Nintendo Switch in 2021. Also, the Gravity Suit is a powerful item that allows you to move faster and with more agility underwater. It also grants you resistance to most damage and enhances your jumping ability. This guide will tell you about Gravity Suit in Metroid Prime Remastered.

What is the Gravity Suit?

The gravity suit is a powerful addition to the armor and arsenal of the intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran. After its first appearance in Super Metroid, It appeared in many other games. Also, this durable suit has many valuable properties, such as effectively negating liquid and air friction, reducing damage taken, and increasing underwater visibility (Metroid Prime).

In addition, in Metroid: Zero Mission, the gravity suit eliminates all damage from magma, and in Metroid: Other M, it even eradicates the adverse effects of irregular gravitational fields. Also, all these qualities make it an indispensable tool that enhances Samus’ capabilities while exploring the many wild and often dangerous worlds she faces.

How to Get the Gravity Suit in Metroid Prime Remastered?

Gravity Suit Metroid Prime

You can get the Gravity Suit in Metroid Prime Remastered from  Gravity Chamber in Phrendrana Drifts after opening the Ice Beam Door at the bottom of the Research Core. Also, here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Acquire the Ice Beam. (Ice Beam is required to open the Ice Beam Door)
  2. Go back to the Research Facility and open the Ice Beam Door. Then, you will enter the Frozen Pike area.
  3. Go down from the Wave Beam door to the side.
  4. Go to Frost Cave through the Tunnel.
  5. Destroy Fusion Metroid by freezing them and using missiles.
  6. Shoot two stalactites hanging on the top to make a platform to go to the other side.
  7. Go to the other side and enter from the door which leads to Phrendrana’s Edge.
  8. Go underneath the water and destroy Morphology, a powerful Aquatic Tenacle blocking your way.
  9. Go through the Wave Beam door and enter the Hunters’Cave.
  10. Blow some more stalactites and make a platform to get to the other side.
  11. Go to the other side and enter the Gravity Chamber.
  12. Get the Gravity Suit and complete your mission.
