You can get the Gravity Suit in Metroid Prime Remastered from Gravity Chamber in Phrendrana Drifts after opening the Ice Beam Door at the bottom of the Research Core. Also, here are the steps you need to follow.

Acquire the Ice Beam. (Ice Beam is required to open the Ice Beam Door)
Go back to the Research Facility and open the Ice Beam Door. Then, you will enter the Frozen Pike area.
Go down from the Wave Beam door to the side.
Go to Frost Cave through the Tunnel.
Destroy Fusion Metroid by freezing them and using missiles.
Shoot two stalactites hanging on the top to make a platform to go to the other side.
Go to the other side and enter from the door which leads to Phrendrana’s Edge.
Go underneath the water and destroy Morphology, a powerful Aquatic Tenacle blocking your way.
Go through the Wave Beam door and enter the Hunters’Cave.
Blow some more stalactites and make a platform to get to the other side.
Go to the other side and enter the Gravity Chamber.
Get the Gravity Suit and complete your mission.
