The global Pokemon GO: Hoenn Tour event has begun. This event allows players to explore the Hoenn region of the Pokémon world, catching and collecting various Pokémon from this region. The event is available globally and provides players unique challenges, rewards, and experiences throughout the Hoenn region. Many players who have completed the Primordial Tremor Special Investigation have the same doubt: Ruby or Sapphire? We will tell you which of the two options to choose and what they mean below.
All players who have completed the Primordial Tremor Special Investigation in Pokémon GO get as a reward a ticket for the Pokémon GO: Hoenn (Global) Tour event. From here, the game proposes we choose between Ruby or Sapphire. Basically, Pokémon GO is asking us which team we want to join during this event to get its bonuses.
Basically, it is a competition for an hour in which we have to complete as many Field Research Tasks as we can and, depending on which team is winning, more Primal Incursions of Primal Groudon Primal or Primal Kyogre and wild Pokémon associated with the Primal Surge of Groudon or Kyogre will appear. We will also get an exclusive Groudon or Kyogre Badge, depending on our choice.
The wild Pokemon that can appear with Groudon’s Primordial Surge are as follows:
- Plusle
- Volbeat
- Trapinch
- Solrock
- Castform
The wild Pokemon that can appear with Kyogre’s Primal Surge is as follows:
- Minun
- Illumise
- Wailmer
- Lunatone
- Castform
In short, when it comes down to it, it doesn’t matter which team we choose in Pokemon GO Hoenn —Ruby or Sapphire— because the only decision power we have is which Badge we want. The rest of the factors (which Pokemon appears more in Primal Incursions and which wild Pokemon will appear) depends on the overall results.
