How To Get TM 118 Heat Wave in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

You can catch 400 different Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Therefore, each player will be able to create a team according to their taste. But this is not enough to win the battles. You also have to train your Pokémon with different TMs. And one of the best Fire-type Moves is Wave Effect which can attack all opponents.

Wave Effect is a Move that has 95 Power and has a 10% chance to set an enemy on fire. This Move is very effective against Steel, Bug, Ice, and Grass-Types. Therefore, you should have several TM 118s.

There are several ways to get TM 118 Heat Wave in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. As always, you can find TM 118 by exploring the open world. And two of the three copies of TM 118 are not far from each other:

  • The first TM 118 is on the island west of West Privence (Area Two).
  • And the second TM 118 is on one of the rocks in the Asado Desert.
  • The third TM 118 can be found in the north of West Province (Area Two), near the bridge.

So, as soon as you find one of them, you will immediately learn the recipe for crafting this TM. And after that, you can create as many TM 118 as you want. Also, it’s worth noting that you can learn the recipe for TM 118 after defeating Team Star Fairy Crew.

  • Torkoal Coal – 3
  • Growlithe Fur – 5
  • 10000LP
