TMZ hinted that Newsmax is onto Tucker Carlson for good reasons. Behind the scenes, the news network hopes to entice the seasoned journalist. This deal would include Carlson navigating the entire channel. While the former Fox News staff would anchor his primetime show, he would also call the shots on how things are run.
Nothing about the Newsmax deal has been made formal. In fact, the network is yet to oppose the deal. Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson’s contract with Fox News would restrict him from sharing details of his deal. But TMZ is convinced Newsmax has plans to make Carlson a part of their team.
At the same time, NewsNation has shown its interest in the primetime host. However, Carlson is yet to recognize either of the channels. Insiders maintain that he might not consider another TV career.
