Redfall Multiplayer Co-Op is one reason that many players will buy or have already purchased this game. However, if you’re wondering how this Co-Op mode plays, here we are about to dive into all its details! However, you should remember that this mode does not support offline split-screen, and players should play the game on their own system, whether it’s PC or Xbox.

What Is Redfall Multiplayer Co-Op Mode?

Redfall is another action FPS game about slaying the undead. We recently had Dead Island 2 as a zombie-slayer game, but Redfall is about killing vampires. Well, now, vampires are supposed to be stronger than zombies in regard to being undead. And this could be a good reason for you to bring in some friends and kill them together!

The cap limit to have your friends in this game is 4, meaning you can play with up to three other friends to form a four-player party. Or you can just play duo or trio, depending on your choice and number of players. However, one thing to remember in this mode is that you should always play with a particular host. For example, if I m the host and player 2 and player 3 are joining me to play, we should always form a party where I m the host to progress through the story.

The game’s story doesn’t progress for other players joining the host. This means that if Player 2 or Player 3 are about to play Redfall Multiplayer Co-Op or even Solo modes on their own, they’ll have to start from the beginning! This is while most of the items and weapons that they gather in Co-Op mode will remain in their inventory.

Another essential point about Redfall Multiplayer Co-Op is that it has Cross-Play. Players on Steam, Epic Games, and Xbox can all play together. All you have to do is to add your friends’ IDs and invite them over. The game is also available with Xbox Game Pass, so if you have this service on your consoles, you can download 77.30 GB of files and play it right now!

Players can pick one of the four main characters of Redfall in Multiplayer Co-Op. You can choose Layla Ellison, Remi De La, Devinder Crousley, or Jacob Boyer. Each character has their own set of unique abilities that can change the gameplay. Also, if you buy the Back Bite Edition of this game, you’ll gain the Hero Pass, which adds two additional unique characters.

Redfall is currently available for Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and Epic Games.
