Want to know how to complete the Honey Bee Mine side quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom? Although Ganondorf once again threatens the calm in the Hyrule world, life in Tears of the Kingdom continues to go on as usual. And side quests are a great way to meet the many non-key Hyrule residents and learn a little more about the everyday life of this fantasy world. For example, a tambourine musician named Beetz wants to please his beloved band leader and give him a delicious meal, but it lacks one ingredient. To complete the Honey Bee Mine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, help Beetz find the honey, and we’ll show you how.

To accept the Honey Bee Mine side quest, you must start Serenade to Cotera side adventure. After completing this requirement, head southeast from Central Hyrule to Kakariko Village. You can also use fast travel at Makasura Shrine to reach the village faster and save time. Next, follow the central road to the east until you reach a turn near Lake Siela. Go through the stone arch to the left of the road and talk to NPC Beetz (coordinates 2167 -1381 0108). After the conversation, you will accept the Honey Bee Mine side quest.

As we said earlier, Beetz wants to cook honey crepe, but he can’t get the honey. To complete Honey Bee Mine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, go to Kakariko Village and collect some Courser Bee Honey. Here’s how to do it.

  • Look around the small forest around the lake and find three bee hives.
  • Use the bow to knock down the hives and collect the Courser Bee Honey. Be careful, as the bees may follow you for some time to sting.

  • After collecting three Courser Bee Honey, return to Beetz and talk to him, and at this point, you will complete the Honey Bee Mine. The screen will darken for a few seconds, and then the tent and the NPC will disappear.

Like most side quests, you will only get 100 Rupees by completing the Honey Bee Mine quest. But the side quest is relatively simple, so the reward is worth the effort.

Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
