As you travel through the lands of Hyrule in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you will be able to find Stables. In them, you can buy different items for your Horses, take quests, and much more. But most importantly, in the Stables, you can always find a few Dogs. It is also worth noting that you can find them in big cities, but there are still more of them in Stables.

These cute animals can rest or play with each other. Therefore, it is not surprising that you will want to interact with them. However, you won’t be able to pet them or play with them. Luckily, Zelda Tears of the Kingdom does have a way to make Dogs like you.

So to make the Dogs like you in Tears of the Kingdom, you have to feed them. It really is as simple as it may seem. However, Dogs love certain foods, namely raw meat and fruit. So, don’t use fish to feed the Dogs. They hate it.

Open your Inventory and choose any raw meat you have. Then, put it in front of the Dog, and it will start eating it. After that, pink clouds will appear above the Dog’s head, which means that the animal likes you.

However, some Dogs will go somewhere after you feed them several times. Follow them, and you will find Treasure Chests buried in the ground. Therefore, taming dogs in Tears of the Kingdom can bring you a lot of benefits.
