It seems that HoYoverse isn’t done with giving us free characters because, according to some leaks, we might get one of the best DPS characters in the game. As always, let’s take this with a grain of salt. However, given how the developers have been nice enough to provide us with some freebies, it’s far from absurd to believe these leaks. If the information is accurate, players will get a free Sushang when Honkai Star Rail version 1.3 arrives. It is uncertain if she’ll be part of an event or unlocked via a quest, but if it’s true, players will have a new character from the Path of the Hunt.
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Might Feature a Free Sushang
Many players think a free Sushang for Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is too good to be true. We’ve been getting a lot of free 4-star characters lately, and having one in each patch might be too much. Yet, HoYoverse is pampering players enjoying its new gacha game, so everything is possible. Again, it is uncertain when or how she’ll arrive as a free character. Still, if she does, she’ll be a fantastic addition to anyone’s team.

If you’re unfamiliar with Sushang, she’s a fantastic damage dealer who would be great to get as a free character in Honkai Star Rail 1.3. She is easy to build and packs a big punch from the start without the need for Eidolons. However, having several Eidolons will make her hit even harder, which is excellent for those who don’t have a good Physical DPS.
We hope this is true because having Sushang in any team is a game-changer. She can deal tremendous amounts of damage and is one of the best characters you can get for the first worlds of the Simulated Universe. Hopefully, we’ll get official news about this soon.
