Want to know how to help Hank in Oxenfree 2? While exploring Camena, you will find many different and strange things and phenomena. You can even time travel to the past. You will need this ability in Garland Ghost Town to unlock the Mines and also fulfill a small request from Hank. However, this Oxenfree 2 side quest can be a bit confusing as you will need to make a picture and find a Shoe for Hank. I’ve Had Weird Jobs is one of the achievements that you can easily miss in Oxenfree 2. To unlock it, you have to complete a less-obvious side quest. This quest will begin shortly after you arrive in Garland Ghost Town. To get further, you need to somehow get through the Mines. And for this, you will have to travel a bit in time.

Throughout the city, Riley can find 3 EMF boosters; one of them is broken. However, they won’t work until you visit the Post Office on the right side of town. Hank will contact you there and ask you to find evidence of something unusual and take a picture of it. Completing his request will unlock the I’ve Had Weird Jobs achievement.

What could be more unusual than time travel? Of course, the photo proves it. So, you need to use EMF boosters to go back in time and find something out of the ordinary. And since one of the EMF boosters is broken, you can only select centuries and decades:

  • Climb up the ladder and set 9 on the EMF booster
  • Then go down and set 3 on the second EMF booster

Use a frequency between 99 and 100 to open the Tear of Time. You will find yourself in 1930, next to the building called Drugs and Meals. Interact with the man near the building and take a photo of him.

After that, you can contact Hank and tell him about the picture evidence in Oxenfree 2. However, he will ask for something more physical evidence of something unusual. To do this, you need to return to Horseshoe Beach and find the old Shoe in the cave. Take it to the Post Office and leave it in Hank’s Lockbox. Thus, you can complete the quest and get a well-deserved achievement.

That’s all you need to know about how to help Hank and get the I’ve Had Weird Jobs achievement in Oxenfree 2. This quest can be a bit confusing, but following our tips, you should be able to complete it without any problems. In the meantime, take a look at our Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals review.
