Do you want to know how to complete the Pay It Forward mission in the DMZ? The Pay It Forward mission is a Tier 5 mission from the Shadow Company, and this is a bit challenging compared to other missions since you have to acquire a defective dog bank from the Scavenger. However, following the correct strategy effort is worth it since you will get 20k XP and Double Weapon XP Token.
Pay It Forward Mission Objectives in the DMZ
Pay It Forward DMZ’s mission includes obtaining a defective dog bank from the Scavenger, delivering it to the Shopkeeper’s dead drop in Koschei Complex, and collecting and exfil Konni intel. The three detailed objectives are as follows.
- Barter for the defective dog bank from the Scavenger.
- Deliver the defective dog bank to the Shopkeeper’s dead drop in Koschei Complex.
- Extract the classified Konni intel.
Bartering for the Defective Dog Bank From the Scavenger
Most players find the Pay It Forward DMZ mission challenging to take the first step since they have to collect the defective dog bank from the Scavenger. However, your first step must be to obtain a Disguise. You can find one inside duffle bags; most of the time, crates and lockers also have them.
Once you have collected a Disguise, you can go to any DMZ map, but we prefer Al Mazrah. Eliminate a squad next to you, and collect a Bronze Tag from one soldier while leaving others. This will trigger Scavenger to Spawn. If you do not find Bronze Tag immediately, you must eliminate more until you find it.
Check any other Buy Station than in Zaya Observatory. You can identify the Scavenger icon since it has a square type icon rather than a shopping cart icon in a regular buy station. Once you find it, access this Deployable Buy Station, equipping the Disguise, and trade the Bronze Tag to the defective dog bank. You will complete the first part of the Pay It Forward mission in DMZ.

Delivering the Defective Dog Bank to The Shopkeeper’s Dead Drop in Koschei Complex
Once you acquire the defective dog bank, enter the Koschei Complex from the four entrances available. We recommend the Taraq Bridge entrance since it will make the mission shorter. Go to the Factory Admin section, and when you are in the Factory Admin, go to Shopkeeper and deliver the defective dog bank to the Dead Drop.
Extracting the Konni Intel
This is a straightforward task since once you deliver the defective dog bank to the Dead Drop, the Konni Intel will spawn on the floor, and all you have to do is extract it and exfil to complete the Pay It Forward mission in DMZ.
