The Teal Mask is a second wind for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. And this is not surprising since this DLC adds a new region to the game called Kitakami. You will go there on a school trip and get to know the local trainers and Pokemon. Some of them will be completely new to the series, while others you may have encountered in previous games. Moreover, you can complete several side quests, such as Lovey-Dovey, which can confuse many players. So, read on to learn about Lovey-Dovey Pokemon in The Teal Mask DLC.

There are many places in the Kitakami lands that you should visit. But your first stop will be Mossui Town. And there, near the community center, you can find a couple in love happily discussing something. As you get closer, you find out that they are incredibly happy that they are such a Lovey-Dovey couple. They will also ask you to show them a Lovey-Dovey Pokemon like them. Unfortunately, they won’t give you any more clues. And since there are so many different Pokemon in the Paldea and Kitakami regions, many players may have a hard time finding that Lovey-Dovey in The Teal Mask DLC.

Well, the answer to this quest is actually much simpler than it might seem. You just need to remember a Pokemon that is a couple, namely a couple of mice. If you have completed the Paldea Pokedex, you will immediately understand that we are talking about Tandemaus. This Normal-type Pokémon literally represents a couple in love. Luckily, Tandemaus can be found quite easily in grassy areas. It is also worth noting that if you have Maushold, it will also be suitable for completing the quest.

After that, return to the Lovey-Dovey couple and tell them you found the Pokemon they were looking for. Then, choose Tandemaus or Maushold to show to the couple. Don’t worry as you are only showing Pokemon and not giving it away. As a reward, the couple will teach you a Heart (right and left) Emote, which you can use with your friends.

That’s all you need to know about the Lovey-Dovey Pokemon in The Teal Mask DLC. Just catch Tandemaus, and you will complete this side quest without any problems. In the meantime, please take a look at our guide on how to get and evolve Nuzleaf in The Teal Mask.
