There’s a moment in every Traveler’s life where we tend to ask ourselves if pulling for a certain character is worth it; that’s what’s happening with Furina, one of the newest Archons in Genshin Impact. Being the leader of Fontaine and the Hydro Archon, players want to add her to their team for these reasons; however, there are more things to convince you. She can single-handedly carry a team due to her skills, and she can work as a support or a healer, making her a must for all team comps. If you’re still hesitant about her, we’ll nudge you in the right direction.
Is Furina Good in Genshin Impact?
Short answer: yes. Furina is someone who should be in anyone’s team, or at least anyone looking to switch their current Hydro character or buffer. Furina changes the game’s meta drastically. With her HP-draining mechanics, many characters who benefit from this have another time to shine. Looking at you, Hu Tao. Besides, the lower the HP, the better the buffs for your team. If that wasn’t enough, she also heals some party members, making her one of the most versatile characters in the game so far.
While we believe pulling for Furina is worth it in Genshin Impact, we also think there are a few catches. Even if she’s great at C0, she shines even better at C2, which is similar to how Raiden Shogun works. There might be an Archon conspiracy there. Anyway, if you have her in her normal constellation with no bonuses, she can still work. Also, if you don’t care that much about the meta, she has a fantastic design for those playing the waifu-collecting game. Her skills make her shift between two forms, so you could say you have two skins in one. If you have the necessary Primogems, don’t hesitate to pull for her and bring her home before her banner ends.
