Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth – Complete Junon Guide

After completing the Grasslands and adventuring through the Mythril Mines, you will end up on a cliff overlooking the dusty ravines and valleys of Junon. In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, this region is also home to Shinra’s literal big gun, some dance choreography, and a new ally. This is also the region of the powerful Summon, Phoenix, and much more. All Activation Tower Intel Locations

• Activation Intel 1: Seabreeze Tower
  • The First Tower you will encounter. It is located near the coastline.
• Activation Intel 2: Buffeted Cape Tower
  • Located on the Eastern side of Junon, at the center of an abandoned construction site.
• Activation Intel 3: Batteryhill Tower
  • This Tower will unveil the Mariner Moogle on your map.
• Activation Intel 4: Piedmont Tower
  • This will highlight the nearby Phenix Sanctuary.
• Activation Intel 5: Prospect Tower
  • This Tower will unveil the third and final Phoenix Summon Crystal.

All Moogle Intel Locations

• Moogle Intel: Mariner Moogle
  • The second Moogle house you will encounter. Complete the Moogle Mischief Level 2 Sidequest to unlock new ranks of items to purchase at their shop.

All Expedition Intel Locations

• Expedition Intel 1: Chocobluff Lifespring
  • This will unlock Junon region intel and the history of this location in the glossary.
• Expedition Intel 2: Castaway Lifespring
  • This will be easier to reach on the back of a Chocobo. Watch your step.
• Expedition Intel 3: Mountain Outpost Lifespring
  • Use your new Greychocobo to climb up to this spring.
• Expedition Intel 4: Pharecape Lifespring
  • Watch out for the pack of Sandworms near this crystal.

All Divine Intel Locations

• Divine Intel 1: Phoenix Sanctuary α
  • This will boost its level to plus 1.
• Divine Intel 2: Phoenix Sanctuary β
  • This will increase Phoenix’s level to 2 and infer more stat buffs to whoever uses it.
• Divine Intel 3: Titan Sanctuary γ
  • This will boost Phoenix to max level and grant it the Reraise and Arise ability.

All Excavation Intel Locations

• Excavation Intel 1: The Scars of War
  • Transmuter Chip: Armor Upgrades 3
  • Transmuter Chip: Armor Upgrades 4
  • Transmuter Chip: Psychic’s Charm

All Fiend Intel Locations

• Fiend Intel 1: Cacophonic Corvid
  • A variant of the Tonadu known as a Fonadu.
    • Pressure an enemy.
    • Stagger the enemy.
    • Defeat all enemies within the time limit.
• Fiend Intel 2: Zemze Breaks
  • A rare variant of the Zemzelett.
  • Stagger the enemy.
  • Prevent the enemy from flying when using Soothing Breeze.
  • Defeat all enemies within the time limit.
• Fiend Intel 3: Scorched Earth
  • A tougher version of the Ignilisk enemy.
    • Pressure an enemy.
    • Stagger an enemy.
    • Defeat all enemies within the time limit.
• Fiend Intel 4: Weather the Storm
  • This enemy is a Stormwind. Bring Barret with you; otherwise, this fight will be tough.
    • Pressure the enemy.
    • Stagger an enemy.
    • Defeat the enemy within the time limit.
• Classified Intel: The Whisperer in the Darkness
  • This is not a test, Baldur’s Gate 3 viral marketing is out of control. Defeat the mindflayer and send it back to its own game.

All Phenomenon Intel Locations

• Phenomenon Intel 1: The World of Fort Condor
  • Cloud and the crew get trapped in the board game Fort Condor. Each consecutive quest is another battle that plays out in similar fashion. You will unlock Hard Mode after completing all 4. Beating them in Hard Mode doesn’t earn you any extra intel or items.
