Petrified Ichor is dropped by Darkweavers, a Bound enemy mob commonly found in Gloom realms in Nightingale. You may first commonly find them even in the Gloom Site of Power in any Abeyance Realm, where this item is a common drop. As its name suggests, it’s a crystallized form of their blood.
You can farm Petrified Ichor by opening a Gloom Major realm (Desert, Swamp, and Forest will do) and wait until night comes.
