Call of Duty: Black Ops 6ย has been known for many things since its release, and having way too many server issues and bugs is one of them. Now, this starts from simpleย issuesย like resetting aย certainย loadout weapon after a match, all the way toย Zombies Soloย not being playableย at all! Even after two huge seasonal updates,ย Black Ops 6ย still houses a ton of issues, and this has led a professional Call of Duty player to leave the game on his streaming schedule.
During a live stream,ย Nadeshotย went right to the point aboutย Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, expressing that “somebody is always cheating, the network sucks, or the gameย is broken.” And to be honest, he’s not one-sided at all.ย Recently, we hadย a postย covering howย Warzoneย andย BO6’sย hit registration is getting worse thanย that of XDefiant,ย and that speaks volumes whenย compared to a dying game.
However, the CEO of the 100 Thieves has also made another claim that isย definitelyย worth noting: “The game is fun.” That’s why people like me see all the issues with the game and still jump back in to get another camo unlocked or fight the Citadelle des Morts boss with only a sword this time.ย The core mechanics ofย Black Ops 6ย andย Warzoneย are great right now, butย there areย fundamental issues within the gameย thatย are ruining the experience.
For instance, Valorant, another popular FPS giant, uses 128 ticks per second servers for their players soย that theyย don’t have to see the Packet Burst logo popping up on their screen every match. Why don’t we get to have that inย BO6ย and Warzone? The artists have done their job creating a great game, Activision, so why not support theirย mastercraftย with a bit less stinginess?
As of right now, two of the biggest problems with Black Ops 6 are the server issues and hackers, both of which have been strongly present in recent years’ย Call of Dutyย titles.ย Andย while Treyarch and Raven Software are trying to fix the bugs within the game with every update, unfortunately, they can notย make any changes toย the servers or the anti-cheat system.
