So, when Chalamet was nominated for an Oscar on Thursday, Jenner was reportedly over the moon.
According to Page Six sources, Kylie Jenner was thrilled when she heard the news of Timothee Chalamet’s latest professional accomplishment. The actor was officially nominated for an Oscar for his work on the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown. In the film, Chalamet sings and plays the guitar as he tells the story of the iconic singer-songwriter’s life.
After hearing the news, Jenner was reportedly so excited for Chalamet that she couldn’t control her emotions. She allegedly had a dramatic reaction to the news. However, Kylie and Timothee were unfortunately not together when the nominations were revealed. Now, the TV personality is reportedly waiting to meet up with her boyfriend to celebrate in person.
“[Kylie was] screaming with excitement,” an insider said. “[She] had a feeling Timothée was going to be nominated, but actually seeing his name pop up on the TV screen was incredible. Kylie is absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to see Timothée in person so they can celebrate this special moment in his life.”

However, this isn’t the first time that Chalamet has been nominated for an Academy Award. In 2018, he was bestowed the honor when he was nominated for his role in Call Me By Your Name. With his latest nomination, the actor has now become the youngest to be a two-time nominee since iconic film star James Dean.

It’s no wonder Kylie Jenner was so proud of Timothee Chalamet’s accomplishment. Now, fans can’t help but wonder if she’ll be at his side for the event. Although Jenner has accompanied Chalamet to award shows in the past, she’s yet to walk the red carpet with him. This time around, she may decide to support him before the show.
“She can now go to the Oscars, wear a revealing dress, and sit on the lap of Timothee Chalamet and demurely pout for the cameras. Even Kim Kardashian never achieved such a scoop,” one person commented on the report.
“The question is whether or not she’ll walk the red carpet with him. She hasn’t so far, but this one might be too big of an opportunity to pass up,” another stated.

Jenner and Chalamet have been linked since early 2023. For the most part, they’ve kept their relationship private. While they’re not trying to hide their romance, the pair have been very quiet about it, not speaking about one another in the media.
It remains to be seen if Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet will steal the show at the 2025 Oscars. However, fans would certainly be interested in seeing the dress that the reality star would wear if she were to attend the event with the actor. Meanwhile, Chalamet could very well win the award, and it would be interesting to see if he’d opt to give a shoutout to his supportive girlfriend in his acceptance speech.
