According to In Touch, Stone made the viral comment during the American Heart Association Red Dress Collection Concert. The event was held in New York City on Thursday, Jan. 30. Stone appeared as a host, while Waterhouse was there as a performer.
Apparently, the Total Recall star was thanking the “Faded” singer for participating in the event when she brought up Waterhouse’s personal life. Stone said she appreciated Waterhouse for stepping away from her “10-month-old baby” and “husband” to be there.
Even though Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse have never confirmed their nuptials, the English star supposedly didn’t correct Stone. That means Waterhouse could have told Stone about her marriage to the Twilight actor in private sometime earlier during the event. On the other hand, it’s possible Stone just assumed they were married since they share a child.
Regardless of whether the marriage rumors are true or not, fans are already celebrating. “I had no idea Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse were actually married. Thanks Sharon Stone!” one person said in response to the news. “Well.. [we were] already suspicious. Congratulations to my favorite couple,” another fan rejoiced, referring to the previous marriage rumors.

According to the Daily Mail, the first hint toward Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse’s nuptials came at the beginning of January when the celebrity gossip account, DeuxMoi, shared a tip that claimed the couple had tied the knot in the Caribbean. They supposedly exchanged vows on New Year’s Eve in front of their entire family. They even made sure their baby was part of their big day by dressing their daughter in a “gorgeous little bridesmaids dress.”
The recent marriage rumors come seven years after the couple began dating. They were first romantically linked in July 2018 when they were spotted kissing in London. Since then, they’ve confirmed their relationship by making multiple red carpet appearances together.
Although they’ve gradually become more public over the years, Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse still maintain a sense of privacy when it comes to their personal life. For example, they quietly got engaged in December 2023. They also shared the news of their daughter’s arrival weeks after her actual birth in March 2024.
