Justin Bieber may be trying to move on from the past. The singer went on yet another social media unfollowing rampage this week, and this time he virtually deleted his disgraced former friend and mentor, Sean “Diddy” Combs. Bieber, who has been at the center of recent health concerns, appears to be cleansing his social media and Diddy wasn’t the only famous person that got deleted from Bieber’s friends list.
Justin Bieber finally cut social media ties with Diddy. The currently incarcerated rapper was arrested in fall 2024 on an array of sexual misconduct charges. Since that time, a number of celebrities have been speculated to know more about Diddy’s alleged crimes. Bieber is one name that continues to pop up. However, many fans believe that he could possibly be a victim, as he spent a lot of time with Diddy as an underage child.
“He has been liberated,” one person wrote via X.
“Good for him,” another wrote.
“He chose peace. Good for him,” a third social media user stated.
“Bro is finally healing,” a fourth comment read.
Justin Bieber Deletes Diddy From Social Media
In addition to unfollowing Diddy, Bieber also cut social media ties with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez’s fiance, Benny Blanco. In total, he cut 25 people from his list, including The Weeknd, Drake, Diplo, and JD Vance.
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time that Justin Bieber has gone on an unfollowing spree. As previously reported, he unfollowed his formerly close friend Usher. He also opted to delete some of his former staff members, as well as friend Ryan Good. Many fans may remember that Good previously served as the singer’s “swag coach.” He was also the best man at Bieber’s wedding.
In addition, Bieber also unfollowed his famous father-in-law, Stephen Baldwin. Hailey Bieber’s father has been very outspoken on his daughter’s relationship with the singer over the years. He’s also opened up about the couple’s baby son, Jack Blues Bieber.
Neither Justin nor Hailey have publicly spoken out about the singer’s recent unfollowing streak. However, many fans believe that cutting ties with some people who no longer serve a purpose in his life could be good for Justin. Others are worried about his mental health after he’s been seen looking disheaveled in New York and Hollywood as of late.
