Kanye West might lose more than $5 million if Bianca Censori goes through with divorcing him. The couple has been plagued with separation rumors following their bombshell appearance at the 2025 Grammys. However, the rapper’s recent anti-semitic tirade might have tipped things in Censori’s favor.
The architect graduate was said to be tired of her husband’s antics and agreed to a quick $5 million settlement. However, the couple reportedly has no prenuptial agreement in place, making her entitled to at least half of Kanye’s wealth. While it seems plausible for the Donda rapper to fight against a 50/50 split, attorney Neama Rahmani assures that Censori has the upper hand.
While speaking to The Sun, Rahmani urged Censori to take a leaf from the playbook of Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s divorce. “Judging by his last messy divorce with Kim Kardashian, Kanye doesn’t have the stomach to push the case all the way to trial,” he explained.
“And after his latest antisemitic rant, he may not even be able to find a lawyer to represent him.”
With no lawyer wanting to touch Kanye with a 10-foot pole, his chances of divorce victory are already low. However, things are further complicated with the numerous lawsuits against him. Recall the rapper is facing accusations of sexual assault, harassment, and fostering an abusive work environment.
Bianca Censori ‘Wasn’t As Into’ Kanye West Marriage
Rahmani warns that if Kanye isn’t careful, Censori could use the damaging lawsuit to her advantage.
“He’s currently unrepresented in several of the lawsuits against him. Bianca is a witness in many of those lawsuits, so Kanye better make sure she is happy and doesn’t turn on him.”
The attorney believes Censori should aim higher than $5 million because “Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.” The truth of Kanye’s wealth is unknown after he lost his billionaire status two years ago after being dropped by numerous big brands. However, weeks ago, the 24-time Grammy winner claimed he is a billionaire once again. His message from Eton Venture Services read:
“In 2025, Ye’s net worth stands at $2.77 billion as confirmed by Eton Venture Services. The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”
No other financial service has confirmed Ye’s new net worth so far. However, Bianca Censori is well on her way to being a billionaire, if true. Fans online think this has been her plan along.
“It appears Bianca Censori wasn’t as into it as she seemed,” one user remarked.
“Free Kanye the real Kanye. I feel like she is behind a lot of this,” a similar comment read. “Just as expected; she just want his money,” a third fan added.
Neither Kanye nor Biana Censori has addressed the divorce rumors, but the ball is clearly in her court.
