She rocked a blonde wig and appeared teary-eyed while posing with a solemn smile.ย Her downcast expression was understandable, given the heartbreaking results of her latest scans. Mellencamp noted doctors found “multiple tumors” in her brain that could not be removed via surgery.
Her situation worsened with additional tumors in her lungs. “These are all metastases of my melanoma,” the TV personality explained. Mellencamp stated doctors were hopeful the new tumors could be treated with “immunotherapy.” Although her situation was enough to leave anyone depressed, the entertainer refused to cave.
