Gypsy Rose Blanchard Reacts to Fans’ Concerns Over Her Baby
In her latest Instagram post, Gypsy Rose Blanchard gave fans a glimpse of the “mom life” by posting a new selfie with her three-month-old daughter. The ex-con used one hand to take a photo in front of her mirror. Meanwhile, she used her other hand to hold Aurora Raina close to her chest using a black baby carrier. Due to her size, only the top of the newborn’s head could be seen.
Soon after sharing the snap, fans raised concerns about how Blanchard held her baby. For example, one person told her the carrier should be higher to ensure her daughter’s safety. She’ll know the device is on correctly if Aurora Raina is “close enough to kiss.” Another fan agreed, claiming the strap’s current length could lead Blanchard’s baby to suffocate. “Sorry for all the comments, but safety first,” they said.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard was grateful for the parenting advice. She thanked everyone for their concern and promised to fix the baby carrier. “I will adjust the straps,” she said.
She’s Still Learning the Ropes
It’s likely people were quick to share their concerns over Aurora Raina because this is Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s first time being a mom. The reality star welcomed her daughter with her boyfriend, Ken Urker, just a few months ago on Dec. 28, 2024. The couple confirmed their baby’s arrival on New Year’s Day by posting a photo of their newborn on Instagram. The picture showed Blanchard and Urker admiring Aurora Raina in the hospital.
Following her baby’s arrival, Blanchard has continued giving fans occasional updates on her parenting journey online. She recently posted a photo of Urker holding their daughter in honor of Valentine’s Day. Blanchard has also vlogged her experience shopping for baby essentials around town shortly after getting her driver’s license. On top of that, she’s posted a video of her receiving matching pajamas with her daughter in the mail.
Apart from social media, Gypsy Rose Blanchard is giving everyone a look into her life with her reality series, Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up. The show, which premiered last June, returned for its second season on Monday, March 10. The new season centers around Blanchard rekindling her relationship with Urker. It also follows the couple’s experience of becoming first-time parents.
