She is one of the most outspoken celebrities and is quick to clap back at internet trolls and haters (and she has no shortage of them). Over the years, she has been criticised for a lot, and at some point, it feels like her every move has angered someone. However, the most recent focus has been on her cheeks and how she has allegedly altered them.
Teigen posted a video on Instagram (where she has 41.7 million followers) and reacted to the chatter she has heard about her appearance. “Her cheeks look too filled,” she said, mocking the comments she has seen. “Why would she fill her cheeks like that? Why would she do her lips like that? Ugh, I would never. I would never. I would never, that’s so gross.”

Teigen adopted a very snarky tone as she poked fun at the comments that had been made about her. But she also reminded fans of the age-old adage that if you have nothing nice to say, keep your mouth shut (previously, she has also been at the center of a bullying controversy)! “Just say those things inside, in your head. Say them inside your big brain,” she said. “Your big brain is so ready for all your thoughts, but you don’t let them keep anything in because you’re spewing them out.”
She also highlighted the absurdity of comments about enhancing her appearance because she does not want to be the center of attention of the topic of discussion. “I know it makes you feel better to think that you’re the only one with eyes, but, like, why would I fill my cheeks to the point where people talked about my cheeks,” Teigen filmed herself saying. “I don’t ever want to be the example of anything. Like, I want to float through the middle, you guys.”
In the caption, she was honest with fans, informing them she had a “sleep gummy” and “felt compelled” to react because she constantly receives criticism on all aspects of her life.
The post has been filled with comments from fans, who have, for the most part, been surprisingly supportive. “Go off Queen we love some late night gummy talk!” a comment reads. “…well I admit to a bit of cheekbone envy … but only in a really respectful way,” another shared.
