The former Disney star, 32, updated her account last month, showing off a glam look while including some food in her gallery. Displaying her slimmed-down figure in a strapless evening dress, Demi highlighted her whittled-down waistline, but with some calorie-rich breakfast food in her post, she confirmed she isn’t starving herself.
Demi, who has been honest and open about her past eating disorder battles, has sparked comments in the past year as fans remark on her weight loss. Some have even accused the “Confident” singer of using Ozempic, however Demi has never admitted to using the weight loss drug.

Striking a pose in a strapless black bustier and glitter-accent pants, Demi opened her gallery in glam mode. Placing her hands toward her lower back, the brunette drew the eye to her curves, also showcasing her slimmer arms and shoulders.
Wearing her luscious dark locks down, Demi added a full face of makeup, looking every inch the Hollywood starlet. Further slides showed the caption-mentioned waffles as Demi showed her waffle toaster, plus a stack of delicious-looking waffles covered in fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce, plus whip cream.
The songstress also included live footage of herself performing, plus more glam snaps of her all-black outfit. In a caption, she wrote: “Made some waffles, put on a show and spent Valentine’s Day with my honey. Life is good.” She also shouted out Bella Kitchen, confirming that her post was a paid partnership.
‘Healthiest’ She’s Looked
Fans quickly replied. One gained over 300 likes for saying that this is the “happiest and healthiest” Demi has ever looked. That said, in November 2024, Demi made headlines as fans reacting to her weight loss accused her of using Ozempic.
Demi’s health troubles have long been documented. In 2018, the star made headlines for a near-fatal overdose, although she had already proven a talking point for being a body positivity advocate as she discussed her eating disorder struggles. Demi has undergone multiple rehab stints, although fans seem to think she looks happier than ever, possibly thanks to her stable relationship with musician fiance Jutes.
