Since inZOI‘s first videos and ads, its cute kittens were the first ones to steal the spotlight. For example, Psycat is one of the main culprits that made the Creators search for any excuse to win a meeting with this supervisor. However, these companions might not be the only ones in the game anymore because inZOI shared a teaser with a very particular pet toy.
The video itself does not have anything super revealing, just a drawing of what could be a cat tree and some curious spots of little legs moving forward, all with the text Coming soon. However, this curious “pet” teaser went viral on social networks. Although the inZOI team did not say anything about it, players wasted no time making a thousand speculations about it.
Among the rumors, the most popular is that the devs could soon add pets to inZOI. So far, in the game, only the managers like Psycat, Nyx, and Cupid are the only animals we have around. Not counting the animals that occasionally appear in the streets and parks of the virtual cities, such as cats, dogs, squirrels, foxes, and even crocodiles. But none of these animals can become part of one of our ZOI families.
These are just rumors, at least for the moment, but we must remember that the inZOI team is always very open to receiving feedback from their community. So, in their Discord, they have a special section for suggestions of new mechanics to add to their sim game, and pets have been one of the main topics since they opened this Discord server.
Even so, we must not forget that inZOI is still in Early Access, and many other systems are waiting in queue to come to the game. So, we will have to be very patient and continue enjoying the rest of their systems for now, which are quite a few.
