Best V Rising Castle Design: Here’s Our Pick

The peak of vampiric luxury

One thing that shows what a great vampire lord you are and your power is to have an equally impressive castle. However, not everyone can have the best castle with an impressive design in V Rising in a single night. Much less when our path to mortal dominion starts from scratch, so we will have to take a lot of time to get all the materials we will need for our castle fortress.

Which is the Best Castle Design in V Rising?

We take into account that players will expand our castle as they progress in the story and level up. So, these are the basics for building a great vampiric castle.

Production on the First Floor

It is very useful and convenient to have the entire second floor of our castle focused on having the Grinder, the Workbenches, the Sawmill, etc. This is especially handy when you come back from your hunt; you can leave all the materials you got processing, craft what you need, and save the valuable items before going to rest in your chambers. When getting more resources, I prefer to have specific rooms for each machine or use similar materials, especially for the crafting bonuses.

No self-respecting Vampire can be without a private room with a coffin to rest those long, light-filled days. I usually use the second floor to make a huge room to put a coffin and at least one of our special mirrors to keep our appearance impeccable. Although I also usually place coffins for my servants to guard the entrance of this floor. Also, decoration is essential in any part of the castle, but in the bedroom, it is even more important to give the room more personality.

A Garden to Die For

It’s crucial to have our own defenses to avoid unwanted guests, yet the outside of our castle doesn’t have to be an inert dumping ground. In addition to having decorations that will add to the gothic aesthetic of the castle, we can take advantage of having a garden from which we can harvest the fruits of valuable seeds that we get on our hunting nights. This way, you avoid looking for certain materials that you can get in your “orchard.”

Location Matters

It’s not just about having a nearby transporter, but I prefer elevated locations so that enemies don’t get to our not-so-humble home so easily. Also, the terrain you build in V Rising is just as crucial to the castle’s design. Try to find a large terrain with plenty of resources around it, not only rock and wood but also sulfur or some gem nodes. This will make crafting much easier. Also, if your castle has no space around it, you won’t be able to plant anything.
