Sean Diddy Combs‘ recent bold decision regarding his trial seemingly says a lot. Days before his May 5 trial gets underway, the music mogul made his final appearance before the judge to confirm his decision to reject the recently offered plea deal.
Diddy is currently housed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and is placing all his faith in his legal team. Daily Mail reports confirm Sean Diddy Combs stepped before the judge on Monday, May 1, to officially reject the offer.
The details of the proposed plea deal were not disclosed. However, prosecutors reportedly stated that Sean Diddy Combs would have faced less prison time if he had accepted. Making his last pre-trial stand before Judge Arun Subramanian, he was dressed in his prison-issued tan uniform, wearing glasses, and appearing much older. Following his statement, Combs appeared at ease with his decision.
Following his court appearance, Diddy happily chatted with his legal team before being escorted back to his cell. As previously reported, Sean Diddy Combs has complete faith in his legal team. He believes he will soon be vindicated and free of all allegations. Since his September arrest, prison life appears to have taken a toll on Diddy physically and mentally. Combs’s wardrobe will consist of five pairs of pants, shirts, and socks. The judge also permits the rapper to have two pairs of laceless shoes. Sean Diddy Combs is allegedly keeping an upbeat and positive attitude in his final hours before his trial begins.
Because he is so positive that things will go his way in court, he is making plans for his comeback in both the music and business world. He’s had a lot of time to think things through.
