When things get political, people always show their true colors. Recently, protestors gathered together at the Galleria Mall in Roseville, California to protest against ICE. The event opened up lots of conversations and gathered together like-minded individuals in a peaceful way. However, one car full of angry Trumpers showed up and said their piece after they found out protestors would be gathered in the area. When you gather together against a certain cause, it’s bound to happen.
TikToker @SaveAmerica_FDT shared a video of some Trumpers who rode up into the Galleria Mall parking lot. They apparently wanted to fight back against anti-ICE protestors. While the protest and music festival was taking place, the women pulled up and started immediately flipping off protestors. They held up a Donald Trump flag in the back of their vehicle and fought with protestors who approached them. The TikToker recorded the entire hate-fueled interaction. She told the group of women that she was going to “make them TikTok famous.”
That wasn’t the only interaction that this TikToker experienced at the mall protest, however. In a second video, she showed a man trying to agitate protestors by telling them that “he doesn’t vote” and that “voting is pointless.” It’s clear that this protest brought out all the Trumpers who just wanted to say their word on these matters. It’s also very clear that so many people feel strongly in either direction when it comes to their political views and the stance on ICE in America.
The protestors held strong against the car full of hateful women and the aggressive male who approached and spewed information about these protestors being “brainwashed.” He was rushed off the scene by a woman blowing a whistle at him and ringing a cowbell. Apparently, the protestors put fear into these individuals.
As one commenter stated on @SaveAmerica_FDT’s original video regarding the protest, “They’re always angry.” Another commenter pointed out, “I’ve never been more embarrassed to be a white woman fighting to be on the right side of history.” However, other commenters didn’t share this sentiment. One commenter shared, “Like I hate MAGA too… but they have just as much right to protest as we do.” Everybody has their say and that’s the beauty of America. It’s just important that you understand there are also consequences to the things you say, believe in, and stand up for.
