Prior to this last weekend, there was a huge debate between Americans about which half-time show to watch: Bad Bunny’s or Kid Rock’s. Realistically, it wasn’t a decision for a lot of people who simply watched one of the greatest halftime show performances of all time. Unfortunately, many others wanted to stick to their guns and watch Kid Rock.
A Florida woman captured the moment when members of the house she was in went outside to watch Kid Rock perform while the rest of the household stayed inside. You can quite literally see those who went outside become bored with the televised performance, opting instead to peer through the windows to watch Bad Bunny perform.
It comes as absolutely no surprise that the Super Bowl halftime show with Bad Bunny was incredible. However, while all of Levi’s Stadium was perreando, Kid Rock and a few other performers were gathered at the Turning Point USA halftime show. Turning Point is an organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk that focuses on advocating for conservative politics on high school, college, and university campuses.
The above video was posted to TikTok on the account @hannaaadh, and shows a house full of people celebrating the Super Bowl halftime show. However, just outside of the same room where people were jamming to Bad Bunny were the conservatives of the party, grouped together and quietly watching Kid Rock. The video doesn’t just show these people not really enjoying the show, but also peering through the windows to catch glimpses of the party Bad Bunny was throwing on screen.
According to Google, the Kid Rock halftime show only amassed between 5.7 and 6.1 concurrent viewers on YouTube. If you really think about it, that number is only a small percentage of the 135 million viewers brought in by Bad Bunny.

Commentators on the above video weren’t very surprised, with many people condemning the actions of those who decided to stand outside. One comment about this in particular even said, “sitting outside from your family because you refuse to listen to spanish music is unbelievable to me.”
Others were a little more blunt about how they felt about everything, with another commenter saying, “Shoulda locked that door.” Considering how many times you can see some of the people outside peering in to look at the TV really shows just how much more interesting and exciting Bad Bunny’s appearance was.
