A routine day of serving ice cream in a Greensboro, North Carolina neighborhood suddenly turned chaotic after a man decided to confront an ice cream truck driver. The female driver, who says she has been welcomed in the neighborhood for more than six years, was approached by the man while she was driving her vehicle and he immediately began demanding that she leave the area, claiming that she was “soliciting.”
Even as she slowly drove away, he continued walking alongside the truck, telling her to “stay off of these roads” and to “get the [expletive] out of here.” The woman recorded the encounter for her safety and at one point warned that she would call 911 because of how erratic he was behaving.
Still, instead of backing off, the man kept following the truck as it moved through the streets. He even insisted that she should report herself to the police, despite there being no indication she was doing anything illegal.

Just when it appeared that the situation might be over after the driver turned a corner, the man suddenly ran back up to the truck and made an even more shocking accusation, clearly trying to escalate things. He loudly yelled that the driver had sold him illegal drugs, as if he wanted anyone nearby to hear him.
Not long after, a male customer came to buy ice cream from her, but the man began bothering him as well. The customer quickly stepped away from the confrontation. When he eventually made it to the truck, the driver, who seemed embarrassed by the situation, offered to give him the ice cream for free. However, the customer, understanding what was happening, declined and chose to pay instead.
The driver later shared the video to TikTok and in the caption revealed that she filed a harassment report with the Greensboro Police Department, saying it was done out of concern for her safety and the families she visits, not out of anger.
