A woman visited a congressional office in Washington, D.C., expecting to talk with a representative. She met with staffers instead and demanded that they tell the representative to vote to impeach Donald Trump, saying that he has committed many crimes in office. The staffers, however, only smirked while hearing her out.
TikToker Lime Accordion, also referred to as the “Lefty Stormer,” arrived at the United States Capitol in D.C. to make her voice heard. According to her, she visited multiple congressional offices to “demand impeachment of the 34x felon.”
That’s exactly what she told the office staffers shown in the clip. She said, “He’s committed quite a large number of crimes at this point. He recently stole ten billion dollars of my money, of our money.” It appears that Lime is referring to Trump suing the IRS and Treasury for $10 billion in damages, as per NBC News.
As she continued to argue that Trump is “robbing the American people,” the staffer shown in the clip wouldn’t stop smirking. This rubbed Lime Accordion the wrong way.
“It’s not funny, sir. It’s really not funny, sir. I’m not sure why you’re laughing,” she said.
The TikTok cut to the D.C. staffer telling the woman he would pass her messages along and “mark them down” on their systems to try to get back to her as soon as possible.
An Impromptu Prayer
Lime Accordion, however, interrupted the man and told him she wished to pray for him. It wasn’t a normal prayer, of course, as the woman asked God to make the staffer understand that the “office has been overtaken by demons.”
As the staffer continued to laugh, she continued her prayer, mentioning the allegations raised against Trump, including those involving children. Lime Accordion called ICE a “masked militia,” accusing the administration of allowing them to “kill American citizens.”
She concluded her unorthodox prayer by asking God to “exalt them from these demons,” to keep them safe, and to “give them a brain.”
The staffer, whom she called a “good sport” for “praying” with her, joined her in saying “Amen.” Then, she stormed out of the congressional office, not before telling him, “Have the day you deserve.” Without paying too much attention to her wording, the man said, “Thank you.”
The majority of commenters supported Lime Accordion and her message at the D.C. congressional office.
“That smirk is infuriating,” one user said. Another one wrote, “This dopey [expletive] hasn’t had an original thought in his life.” A third one said, “This woman has done more to save our democracy than all of Congress and the Senate combined.”
