Infidelity always ends up in flames, but the latest online drama involving cheating among social media influencers still has the internet shocked because it also involved accusations of incest. Texas-based YouTuber, ImnotKenneth, revealed recently that his ex-girlfriend allegedly cheated on him with her cousin, nonetheless. The revelation has since gone viral.
ImnotKenneth, aka Kenneth Odigbo from Houston, Texas, went on stream earlier and spilled the beans on one of his ex-girlfriends. Odigbo didn’t exactly drop names, but many of his viewers assumed that it was his fellow influencer, Kathelina, aka Kat, based on the video “evidence” he showed and the length of the relationship he mentioned.
“My [expletive] girlfriend cheated on me with her cousin,” Odigbo opened up his clip, “[expletive] like this ain’t even funny cuz I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.” Odigbo revealed that he had doubts in the past, but managed to confirm it after snatching up his ex’s phone and reading her messages with her cousin while he locked himself up in a room to prevent intervention.
Apparently, the alleged cheating even took place in Odigbo’s house while he was living with his ex, and some of the suspicious activities included being on FaceTime with the cousin while “she was in the shower.” This prompted Odigbo to check the hidden cameras that his ex had set up in the bathroom to monitor their cat, and he supposedly managed to validate his suspicion.
Apart from catching her on camera, Odigbo also laid out the private messages between his ex and her cousin, where they shared explicit messages and even shared a sexual “bucket list” in a messaging app. “I genuinely was throwing up… just nonstop bro,” claims Odigbo as a reaction to finding out about the cheating.
People online are disgusted but don’t condone the exposure
Online reactions were naturally dramatic, with some people expressing their shock, “I clicked thinking this was a normal cheating drama and somehow it got 100x worse immediately.” Others were suggesting that something this taboo shouldn’t have been exposed online, “I wouldn’t tell a [expletive] about this too embarrassing, ya girl would rather commit incest than be with you is insane on so many levels.”
Meanwhile, some X commenters weren’t exactly happy with how Odigbo revealed too much information about his cheating ex-girlfriend. “Stop crying on camera and go apologize to that girl. You put a hidden camera in the bathroom, exposed her to the whole world, and now you’re making content off the pain. Handle it like a man. Apologize, then pray for her and move on,” suggests a commenter.
Such sentiments have sparked a debate, however, since they seem to have glossed over the fact that the cheating was incestuous in nature, “defending incest because of the repercussions? god i dont wanna see ur browser history,” rants an X user. Some believe that Odigbo could’ve handled it better, “I get your hurt but exposing her for [expletive] around with her cousin is [expletive] up!!! Just the gravity of this insane! This girl could possibly hurt herself because of this! Not everything belong on the internet!”
