As many of you may know, Season 2 of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is about to wrap up, but there is one fighter who has yet to join the roster, and yes, we’re talking about none other than Fist of the North Star‘s Kenshiro. While many already saw the teaser and got hyped after hearing the iconic “Omae wa mou shindeiru” line, your hype is about to rise again because Kenshiro is coming sooner than expected. That’s right, this new fighter is arriving in South Town this June.
Kenshiro Lands on Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves in June

While we don’t have a specific release date for Kenshiro, we know he’s hitting the streets of South Town later in June, which, well, isn’t far away at all. As usual, this new fighter will also have his Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town part, meaning that you’ll be able to experience this fighter’s journey in the game as if he were any other character we’ve seen in this season.
For the Arcade mode, his only goal is to face Krauser, which should be an interesting bout. And for the Episodes of South Town mode, he’ll meet Terry, Mai, and other residents to help him traverse this land unknown to him.
Now, for those eager to get their hands on Kenshiro ahead of his imminent release, he will be playable during EVO Las Vegas, from June 26 to June 28. So, if you’re lucky enough to go there, make sure to take this post-apocalyptic hero out for a few rounds.
Lastly, for those wondering who will voice the iconic hero, Clayton Alexander will take the mantle in English, while Shunsuke Takeuchi will reprise the role in Japanese.
While it is a bit sad to see the last fighter of Season 2 arriving, many are hopeful that it will be another excellent crossover for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Yet, we won’t have to wait long to try it, as this fighter is right around the corner.
