The video ended with the two women driving away and leaving the trash behind. The person who shared the footage wrote over the video, “Please stop littering.” They also asked in the caption, “Does anyone know who this is? South Fulton, 30349.” It remains unclear what happened afterward or whether either woman was identified.
Under Georgia state law, littering is illegal, with the law prohibiting people from dumping, throwing, depositing, or leaving litter on public or private property or in state waters without authorization.
