A Tennessee mother’s outrage is being felt online after her daughter was allegedly assaulted by a neighborhood kid making racist remarks. She even goes out of her way to confront the mother of the child, as well as get police involved.
TikTok user Super_stellar03 posted that she recorded herself stopping by her neighbor’s, but not before getting a clip of her daughter with a visible red mark on her face. When Super gets to the door, the children’s mother comes out. According to Super, the first thing the child’s mother said was, “My nephew is black. I’m not racist,” while holding a school photo of her nephew.
The mother then brings both of her children out, which Super claims the mother’s son was the culprit in the alleged assault, and called him a “racist kid.” Super makes several remarks about the children, saying they were “lyin” and “They were so scared” with a crying-laughing emoji. Super’s partner can be seen speaking with the neighbor and her children.
When Super speaks with police, she shared that she and her family just recently moved to Tennessee from Ohio and claims they’ve been dealing with racism ever since. With her daughter’s help, Super says her daughter wanted to play with the neighbor’s kids, as they sometimes do.
However, the neighbor mom allegedly sent her kids outside and told them to say, “Tell those black people to stay off of my porch.” Her kids went down to the park, and the neighbor children followed them. According to Super’s daughter, the young boy was instigating her, telling her he was going to throw a ball at her face. She thought he was bluffing until he wasn’t, resulting in the red mark on her face.
The reaction to Super_stellar03’s daughter being allegedly assaulted
People online were unconvinced by the neighbor’s defense of her children, especially when it came to the bit about her black nephew. Viewers took turns dunking on the family in the comments, and one insisted Super take legal action. “That’s right mama. Press charges! Keep your foot on they neck! 😤 that little boy gon learn today!!!!”
One viewer, point blank, wasn’t buying the line that she wasn’t racist. “I hate when people say I have a black family member or I have a black child. I’m sorry not sorry they usually be the most racist ones.🤷🏾♀️” Another was dumbfounded; she went as far as to bring a photo of her to prove it.
Other viewers sided with Super, agreeing the children were guilty. “The guilt was all over their faces!!” one viewer insinuated. “But they’re only doing what they see in that house.”
In the end, police went over to speak with the neighbor boy and his mom about what happened to her daughter at the park. Stellar asks an officer, “What can be done?” She doesn’t say what police decided to do in the end as commenters await an update on the situation.
