A construction worker in California released a video on TikTok depicting ICE agents failing to apprehend alleged illegal immigrants working to pave a homeowner’s driveway.
The foreman, Anthony, posted the attack on his crew on TikTok, under AG Concrete Pumping. He wrote in the caption, “Today at 8am we were dropped at work here in Escondido CA, be careful my people.” In his video, an ICE agent dashes through an unfinished concrete job. Several more ICE agents show up seconds later hardly making an effort to pursue alleged illegal immigrants.
“He went inside your house,” an ICE agent says to the owner of the house, whose home just now became the center for a chase. Without presenting a warrant, he continues saying, “And I hate to walk in, but are you the foreman?”
The owner doesn’t make an attempt to stop him, stating, “I don’t want them in my house.” Shortly after, the ICE agents regroup, seemingly unable to capture who they were running after. Cross chatter suggests a last known location before getting in their vehicles.

Many echoed similar sentiments to poster AG Concrete Pumping in more colorful ways. Some speculated on where the call could have come from—a neighbor or the homeowner himself? Others argued ICE broke the law by venturing into private property.
“Ain’t that private property,” one viewer wrote. While many agreed, some pushed back, suggesting the owner had consent. “The owner just said he doesn’t want that guy in his house so he’s giving them consent,” a TikTok user responded. The point is moot when ICE just forcibly enters anyway (according to NBC News).
Others speculated on the caller’s identity—the neighbors or the homeowner? “Someone in the neighborhood called on them. They don’t just show up randomly like that out of thin air,” TikTok user Sweetfeet argued. “Owner called to not pay,” TikTok user camarillospainting accused online. “Said I don’t want him in my house,” suggesting his response to ICE was suspicious in tone.
One commenter made fun of ICE: “these dudes are over exaggerating their chases going after pedro who works 7 days a week from 5am to 7pm like hes Pablo escobar……they really think they’re in some tv show and they’re the FBI” Only one of the ICE agents in the video made any real effort to pursue.
“These MF need to leave people alone,” a TikTok user protested. Echoing the same sentiment, another user wrote, “If they keep it up no work will get done at all in the United States.”
No update has been put out yet from AG Concrete Pumping, which was in charge of the workforce at the time.
