A creator filmed two people sitting in front of a popular Nevada photo display while others tried to take pictures. Viewers criticized the pair for blocking the way. Others, however, said someone should have simply asked them to move or called over staff.

Uploaded to TikTok by @sarabostonaz, the video shows a woman and a man sitting side by side on a yellow brick-style ledge. Behind them are figures of the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and Dorothy.

As the creator films, she calls out the pair for having a meeting “right in the middle of the whole entire Wizard of Oz thing.” She claims they won’t move out of the way for anyone. In the caption, Sara explains that several other visitors were trying to take pictures at the display. She also includes the hashtag #entitledlady.

Viewers Would Have Handled It Differently

The Nevada pair’s behavior didn’t sit right with a lot of viewers. “There has to be something wrong with people who behave that way,” one person wrote. Another called the behavior entitled and rude, saying it was disgusting to ruin a photo opportunity for everyone else.

Some commenters were even imagining how they’d handle it themselves. “Oh I would have made myself a MENACE!” one commenter declared. Another said they would’ve stood in front of the pair and talked loudly enough to drown out their conversation. Someone else would’ve sat between them and asked another person to take a picture. A different viewer said they’d interrupt the meeting before getting security involved.

Others focused less on how they would’ve handled it and more on what the creator should have done. “Use your words. Tell them to move,” one commenter urged. Another viewer asked whether she’d politely explained that people wanted to see the display. Some also wondered why she hadn’t asked staff to step in. However, the creator said in a follow-up comment that several people had already asked the pair to move aside.

Public spaces work best when people remember they’re not the only ones there trying to enjoy the experience. Many users in the comments felt the pair could have shown a little more consideration and a little less entitlement.
