As you explore Teyvat, you can discover various unique plants, fruits, and vegetables in each nation. Many of them are unique vegetation that the developer made to flesh out this fantasy world. However, you can still find some regular fruits from the real world. Besides apples, you can also find carrots as you play. Although they are common in our world, this vegetable is surprisingly rare. You can only get carrots from limited locations, and there is only one shop that sells this item in Genshin Impact.
Where To Find Carrot in Genshin Impact
The best location to farm carrots in Genshin Impact is Mondstadt. This is the starting region and you can easily grab a bunch from the Springvale settlement. There are other viable locations such as:
- Dawn Winery
- Wolvendom
- Stormterror’s Lair
Liyue also has some wild carrots, but they are much rarer in this nation. You can find one on the northeast side of Jueyun Karst. However, there are also a small number near the Statue of Seven north of Liyue Harbor.
Lastly, you can also find some carrots at the abandoned settlement of Koseki Village. You can find this location on the northwest part of Seirai Island. Be careful when exploring this region since there is powerful electricity in the air that you can only erase by completing a lengthy side quest.
Where To Buy
Besides harvesting carrots from the wild, you can also purchase this vegetable from Chef Mao’s shop. He is Xiangling’s father, and you can find him in Liyue Harbor. The man only sells ten carrots every three days.
Complete Expeditions
Finally, the best way to passively get more carrots is by sending your characters into expeditions. You can access the expedition menu by speaking with Catherine at any Adventurers’ Guild. There are two areas that give you this vegetable:
- Mondstadt – Wolvendom
- Liyue – Guyun Stone Forest
