Other Island Sanctuary Updates
Now that we’ve covered the new FFXIV Island Sanctuary content, let’s move on to the next topic: the quality of life changes.
Players can now filter and collect the types of items displayed on the mini-map, which is the first update. In addition, there is a new setting to display only specific collection points. You can access the menu from the 6.3 Island “Sanctuary Settings” index in the corridor vault.
Flora and fauna players can now use the “Collect All” button to manage pastures and crops. In addition, replacing animals is now very easy, as you can release them as soon as they are caught without having to return to the pasture.
The patch also redesigns the supply and demand menu significantly. You can now set different criteria when narrowing down Isleworks, making it easier to choose the best Isleworks for your workshop. In addition, the scheduling menu now displays popularity, supply, change in demand, and expected popularity of crafts – helpful information when switching between the two menus.
Another addition to FFXIV 6.3 Island Sanctuary Materials, the Material Allocation, and Profit Report window now displays a red number when there is a negative cost change, an example of an instrumental quality of life improvement in daily Islework operations.
FINAL FANTASY XIV is available on Windows, Mac, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam.
