An Arizona small business owner was baffled by the price of his dumpsters every month. However, pretty soon he was able to figure out why: Somebody was dumping their trash in his cans! Fed up with it, he decided to track down the homeowner so that he could put their garbage where it belonged.

Jason (@slick_6.6_) said that a person who lives 20 miles away from him has been “illegally dumping” in his business dumpsters. It cost him approximately $300 extra every month in dumping fees to get rid of the trash. When Jason tried to involve police, he said they had “better things to do.” On top of that, the city suggested he pay “$150 to install a locking latch on their dumpster,” but he refused. Instead, he decided to be a “normal caring resident” and bring their trash right back to them!

illegal dumping in the dumpsters of my small business have been costing me nearly 300 dollars extra a month for added dump fees…. I’ve had the police involved and they have better things to do… the city wants to charge me 150 to install a locking latch onto THEIR dumpster, which i won’t pay…. now i just act like a normal caring resident and return any items people left behind! #fypシ #trash #business #fyp #viral @kwall369 @reneshailee

Jason records himself driving on a backroad in the middle of the woods with beautiful houses scattered all around. He tells his audience, “What a nice area this is to not be able to afford your own trash service.” Jason turns down a couple roads until he arrives at a home all the way at the top of the mountain. He says, “It’s this nice house right here.”

Jason turns around in their driveway and then gets out of his vehicle, revealing large trash bags in the back of his car. He takes the two bags out and throws them full force in the person’s driveway, telling his audience he’s giving their “trash back.” Then, he calls out, “Have a great day!” as he drives away.

Commenters immediately shared their reactions on Jason’s video, appalled by the laziness and cruelty of others. One person quipped, “It is incredibly kind of you to return lost belongings. I’m certain they were grateful.” Jason replied, “Just trying to give back to the community that I love.”

Another commenter shared that they experienced the same ‘kindness’ from somebody in their neighborhood. They shared, “Someone moved and dumped all their stuff in our work dumpster! Overflowing! We dug out papers with name and address. Also some erotic photos! Called the police, they actually made them come retrieve everything.” Another commenter asked, “How’s you know it belonged to them specifically?” Jason replied, “30+ items of mail inside it.” Commenters continue to react to Jason’s video. They share their opinions and conceptions related to taking advantage of others and being kind to your neighbors.
