The end of fighting Titans is almost here. It’s been a long time since part one of Attack on Titan’s Final Season aired, starting in December 2020. Finally, Studio MAPPA has announced that part two of the final season will be coming this January. A jam-packed trailer was released this morning which has driven anime fans wild. The Titan Hype Train Keeps Running
Even though the manga reached its conclusion earlier this year, fans are nowhere near done with Attack on Titan. Since its inception in 2009, the show took the anime community by storm. Almost any anime fan at the time can recall the adrenaline-pumping first season, and the trend stuck. Over time, the anime has spent season after season providing what many believe is the highest quality out there. With a track record like this, the show has done increasingly well with each season. Its political intrigue, chilling twists, and unique battles have certainly earned its spot as one of the greats of modern anime. It has even garnered some recent video games that still receive fan attention.
What Else Does Attack on Titan Final Season Have in Store?
The final season of Attack on Titan has been a rollercoaster ride so far. Without getting too much into spoilers, it certainly set up multiple climactic events. It also gave us quite a helping of worldbuilding, showing the deeper effect the presence of the Titans has on the outside world. Some harsh truths and character development came into play as well. With its ending also came a multitude of cliffhangers and unanswered questions. Understandably, the fans have been craving more! The trailer for the finale is mostly a cryptic mish-mash of scenes and future events. That said, it looks like MAPPA may deliver another heaping helping of hype for Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2.
