Back 4 Blood: The Best Deck Builds
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information.

Back 4 Blood has now been out for around a month, with players diving in and enjoying all of its zombie-slaying goodness from the team who pioneered the world’s love for zombie shooters. As one of many of a group of cleaners, the game sees you take on hordes in an effort to combat an infection that’s decimated much of the world’s population. As we approach the final few months of the year, the team at Turtle Rock Studios wishes to give a glimpse of what’s to come. Today, the team unveiled the Back 4 Blood roadmap for content in both 2021 and 2022.

Back 4 Blood Content Roadmap

Starting with this month, the team will be focusing on some tune-ups across the board. This will include some quality of life improvements and major bug fixes, all-around ensuring the game works as intended. Once those updates are fixed, we’ll then begin to see some new features implemented. Starting with December, we’ll see new supply lines, an improved practice area, new card types, brand new cards, and most importantly, campaign progression in solo offline mode. Later in 2022, we’ll see new modes, difficulties, cards, more improvements, and additional bits of content. Best of all, everything I’ve listed above in the Back 4 Blood content roadmap will be free to all owners!

As for those who purchase the annual pass, you can expect three planned expansions for 2022. This will begin with Tunnels of Terror, with the team giving a small glimpse in the above image. Each of these new expansions will bring new cleaners, ridden enemies, weapons, cards, and exclusive skins! All of this should tide fans of the title over in the next year, though the quality of each remains to be seen. When we get more information though, we’ll be sure to let you know!

What are your thoughts on the 2021-2022 content roadmap for Back 4 Blood? Is this enough to keep you coming back? Let us know!
