Maintaining a good base is a crucial factor in Palworld. For this, you need to have a good pal with different skills. There are some tasks, such as Kindling or Handiwork, which you must assign pals per the requirement. However, you must have a few pals assigned to farms to ensure a continuous food supply for yourself and your pals. Farming needs three skill types: Planting, Watering, and Harvesting (Gathering). Since Harvesting is essential for farming, let’s look at the best pals you can use in Palworld.
5. Cattiva
Cattiva is the earliest pal you can use for Harvesting in Palworld. They are available at the start of the game and can be easily captured. Even though early game objectives suggest you capture five Lamballs, a Cattiva must be the first pal to assign in your base. It is a level 1 multi-task pal capable of doing many things, such as Gathering, Mining, Handiwork, and Transporting.
4. Tanzee
Tanzee can be captured around Windswept Hills at the starting area. They are often found as level 5 pals around this area and can be easily captured. The specialty of Tanzee is that they are capable of many tasks, including Harvesting (Gathering), Planting, Lumbering, and Transporting. Even though Tanzee is at level 1 for each skill, it is a good pal to deploy in the base early in the game. At the early stage of the game, keeping Tanzee and any other water-type pal will quickly fulfill the food requirement.
3. Lifmunk
Lifmunk is a Grass type pal similar to Tanzee, a versatile pal that can be used at the early stage of the game. It also has multiple level 1 skills, such as Planting, Handiwork, Gathering, Lumbering, and Medicine Production. Also, Lifmunk eats significantly little, and when you activate its partner skill, Lifmunk leaps to the player’s head and uses a submachine gun to follow up player attacks. So, Lifmunk is an excellent pal to use both in Harvesting and as a partner in the early game in Palworld.
2. Robinquill
Robinquill was one of the first pals I assigned for gathering purposes when I reached the mid-game. It is a Grass-type pal. Robinquill has level 2 Handiwork, Transporting, and Gathering skills with level 1 1 medicine Production, Lumbering, and Planting skills. It is a multi-tasker worth having the base, and it has low food consumption compared to many other pals with the same capabilities.
1. Elizabee
Elizabee can be found around Verdant Brook and captured quickly with some pals at the same level. It has level 2 Planting, Handiwork, Medicine Production and Gathering skills and level 1 Lumbering skills. Elizabee is one of the best pals you must deploy in the base when you reach the mid-game. Because it is suitable not only for ad harvesting but also for many other works. So, when you have highly skilled pals in the base with more food consumption, Elizabee is an excellent pal to keep the food production running.
