Lumitoile is an essential material to improve the Ascension level of some characters as it happens with the other local specialties; in this case, it belongs to Fontaine. For example, Neuvillette was the first character that needed this material to level up. As with any other materials in the game, learning the farming routes will make your life easier to know the precise location of the Lumitoile to prevent you from running back and forth in Genshin Impact. If you’re struggling, we got you, so you won’t miss any item.

As you can see, farming the material isn’t challenging if you follow the above image; however, we’ve also broken down the route you must follow to get to the locations of Lumitoile in Genshin Impact. Here are the steps:

  1. Use the Statue of the Seven closest to the Liffey Region. Cross the ruined bridge and walk along that coast to the south to find 6 Lumitoile.

2. Teleport to the westernmost island of the Liffey Region. You can find up to 4 Lumitoile if you walk north along the coast. Be careful with the Fatui and don’t forget the chest in the area.

3. If you go south, you will find 4 more Lumitoile. One on the coast and 3 more on the islands. There will be 2 more Lumitoile if you continue along the south coast to the west towards the waterfall. The last one is on a mini island.

4. Then, you can use the teleport waypoint as far northwest as the main island of Fontaine Research Institute. Starting from the ruins, there will be 10 Lumitoile. One is on the island in the bay, and the other is just entering the water.

5. Follow the coast to the southeast pier. There will be up to 8 Lumitoile. You will also find 2 more Lumitoile if you continue along the coast almost to the base of the New Fontaine Research Institute mountain.

6. The last 5 Lumitoile will be found using one of the waypoints further east, near the Institute of Kinetic Energy. South of the river, you will find only one, and on the opposite side, there are 4 more.

The Lumitoile that are located underwater are more concentrated in one area, so they will be technically easier to find. Teleport to the westernmost island of the Liffey Region and dive into the water. Between all the underwater waypoints in the Liffey Region and the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region, there will be up to 24 Lumitoile.

The tricky part is that there are 12 more Lumitoile, but these are in the subway caverns. To get to them, you must go to the ruins northwest of the main island of Fontaine Research Institute. There, you will see a path to the north that seemingly leads to nowhere, but it is the entrance of a cave. When you enter the cave, you must activate a mechanism to use the elevator and follow the whole path. But be careful because, in this area, a mission will activate.

Many players don’t habitually farm flowers like Lumitoile or other materials in Genshin Impact as they explore the wilderness; if you are one of them, we recommend you start doing it. You never know when your new favorite character will show up, and having extra local specialties is always great.
