It’s here folks, the day (or the time depending on where you live) has finally arrived. After a whopping seven years (rather fitting) since the game’s official announcement, Cyberpunk 2077 is finally playable on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia. That is a lot of platforms, but that only means more people playing what will hopefully be the best game of 2020. You’ve likely seen plenty on it at this point but if you’d like to see the game’s launch trailer, you can watch that below.
Cyberpunk 2077 puts you in the shoes of V, a mercenary outlaw living in the sprawling metropolis of Night City. You want one thing and one thing only, an implant that’s the key to immortality. This task isn’t easy though, sending V on a hunt through the massive city and helping out various others along the way. Oh, and did I mention you do lots of shooting? This first-person open-world RPG is sure to keep you satisfied for hours upon hours and is one I’ll personally be indulging in. I mean, who can miss the game of the year?
If this cybernetic bundle of chaos sounds like your kind of party, Cyberpunk 2077 can be yours for $59.99. Every major platform excluding the Switch has access to it, so check your respective platform to pick up your copy. I have no doubts you’ll love your time with it. It’s an RPG that promises so much, including everyone’s favorite Keanu Reeves. There’s also plenty to do if the relatively large list of achievements has anything to say about it. If you’d like to see the full list of achievements/trophies, you can check out our trophy list here.
For now, I’d like to hear your thoughts. Do you think Cyberpunk 2077 will be the true game of the year? Any other open-world RPGs that you’re a fan of? Let me know in the comments below!
