Trials of Osiris 2025 Revamp Explained
Whether you’re new or a veteran, especially a veteran, you should know that Trials of Osiris work differently now. In a way, they are more approachable, and earning rewards doesn’t feel too punishing or tiring, which is great. Here are some of the key points you need to keep in mind before playing:
The Lighthouse Passage
Lighthouse Passage is moving away from the “flawless or bust” system we saw before to a “get seven wins on a card + longest win streak” system. This mode uses open-skill matchmaking, and all you must do is win seven games on the Lighthouse Passage to enter the Lighthouse. It doesn’t matter how many games you lose.
Repeatable Lighthouse Chest Rewards
Furthermore, you can earn various repeatable rewards in your Lighthouse Chest that will stay as such until you earn a Flawless Passage. Here are the rewards:
- Enhancement Prisms 1-2x
- Base Trials Weapon x1
- Trials Armor x1
- Osirian Ciphers x3
- Ascendant Shard Chance – 45%
- Adept Trials Weapon Chances – You’ll have two chances to earn Adept Trials weapons with each Lighthouse chest. The chances for a drop are dependent on your highest weekly win streak and the number of wins completed as a full fireteam.
- Weekly win streak – This chance is based on the longest win streak you have earned this week, not the longest win streak on your current Passage.
- One-win – 30%
- Two-win – 60%
- Three-win or more – 100%
- Wins as Trio – This chance is based on how many of your wins on the way to the Lighthouse were done as a full fireteam. If all seven wins were done as a full fireteam, you are guaranteed at least one Adept regardless of your longest win streak.
- One Win – Seven Wins – 15%-100%
- Weekly win streak – This chance is based on the longest win streak you have earned this week, not the longest win streak on your current Passage.
Of course, there are many more systems in place for this rework, and if you want to dive into every single one, here’s a link to the official post on the game’s site. For now, prepare to get all of your Destiny 2‘s Trials of Osiris rewards, and don’t forget to try this week’s map. We’ll keep updating this guide during every weekly reset.
Destiny 2 is now available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation Consoles.
