Diddy remains adamant about his innocence as the feds pile new charges on top of his existing mountain of alleged crimes. The disgraced record producer denied the additional charges levied against him at a court in Manhattan on Monday. He appeared to have significantly aged since his legal drama began last year, rocking white hair and a short beard.
Prosecutors claim the two new charges stem from allegations against Diddy from 2021 to 2024. These alleged crimes are reportedly linked to someone the feds refer to as “Victim-2.” They dropped the counts against him in a superseding indictment, the third Diddy has faced so far. His new charges include sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Thanks to these additional charges, Diddy is now facing five criminal allegations. He previously pleaded not guilty to three counts of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering. He doubled down on his innocence in his recent arraignment, claiming he did nothing wrong, per TMZ.

The Bad Boy Records founder’s insistence on his innocence got many contemplating the truth on X. The comment section was divided, with some sitting on the fence while others believed Diddy’s guilt. Someone took an innocent until proven guilty stance, noting, “Serious charges, the truth will come out in court, hoping justice is served, whatever that may be.”
“If he’s found not guilty on all counts, he should throw a party,” another added. A third wondered if Diddy truly committed the alleged crimes, while a fourth boldly declared he was innocent. Meanwhile, critics bared their fangs against the record producer. One claimed Diddy was “obviously guilty,” with a second agreeing, writing:
“He had something to do with Bigs death too! I know it! His Karma is catching up to him, and I hope he rots in there! He’s a narcissist with a god-like complex, which is all dangerous.”

Days before his arraignment on two additional charges, sources spilled Diddy’s alleged plans for his upcoming trial. We covered the story, reporting these insiders claimed Donald Trump was the entertainer’s final card. They cited the pair’s long-time relationship, noting the president was once a regular VIP at the rapper’s now-infamous parties.
Sources alleged Diddy built part of his brand off Trump’s energy and believed the POTUS “owes his one.” It was unclear why the media personality felt he could hold Trump down for a favor. However, insiders implied whatever went down between them was enough to make the media mogul feel secure about having the president in his corner.
Diddy allegedly planned on calling Trump to bail him out if his defense team failed at his upcoming trial. Whether the politician will respond is a different story; however, he once held the rapper in high regard. During a 2012 episode of The Apprentice, former host Trump raved about his relationship with Diddy. “I love Diddy… You know he is a good friend of mine. He’s a good guy,” he said.
