A California mother has posted a video to TikTok detailing how her Zoe Stroller was stolen while she and her family were at Disneyland. The video has since gained immense popularity, prompting users to comment below with their opinions, similar experiences, and conversations about ways to prevent it from happening to others in the future.

The video in question shows the mother parking, then heading into Disneyland with her two young children, who were in a Zoe Stroller, and her husband. Shortly after arriving and riding Mickey’s Runaway Railway, they returned to the stroller to find it stolen, with all their belongings left on the ground.

According to the mother, “We’re so irritated. They took our stroller and dumped all our stuff literally in a bush. Now we’re leaving with both kids and they’re so mad.”

Unfortunately, the Disney parks are not responsible for lost or stolen items on their properties. Despite having vigilant staff and cameras throughout the park, belongings are ultimately the owner’s responsibility. However, there are designated areas for parents to park their strollers when they are joining their children on a ride.

At this, one commenter wrote, “My biggest Disney fear, this just reminded me to get an AirTag for our stroller. Side note, it’s ridiculous that they have cameras in every corner, yet security can’t help you.“

Reactions to California Woman Having Zoe Stroller Stolen at Disneyland

Users quickly took to the comments to offer their opinion and condolences, with one person writing, “I can’t understand how a parent could do this to another parent !!!!! Like strollers at our lifeline with little kids especially at Disney!! how could you do that to another family ?“

Others offered advice on possible next steps that the family could take, with another commenter writing, “Please email Disney. I had a horrible experience and no one would help us in the park. I emailed once i got home and they made everything right. Worth a shot!!“

The real reason the video is going viral is because of the expense of the stroller itself as well as where it was taken from. This specific Zoe Stroller costs upwards of $500, and that is without the additional snack tray featured in the video.

An update has since been posted by the original poster asking Zoe Stroller for a replacement stroller. However, it is unclear if the company has responded to her in any way.
