As you have played Disney Dreamlight Valley, you have probably encountered many characters. And you might have also noticed a blue bar in the upper left corner of their screen. This is their Energy Bar that might go up or down depending on what you are doing. So here is the guide on what is Energy used in Disney Dreamlight Valley and how to get some more.
What is Energy Used for and How to Get More in Disney Dreamlight Valley
In the tutorial mission of Disney Dreamlight Valley, the game will tell you this bar is just for using magic to get rid of Night Thorns, but actually, you can use it for more than that. Basically, everything you do in the game will cost some Energy.
The amount of Energy each action consumes differs. The biggest consumer of Energy is fishing while planting seeds and watering them wouldn’t even cost half of that. Basically, you have to manage how you spend your energy throughout the day and choose carefully what you will do.
In case you run out of energy, don’t worry because there are two ways you can regain lost Energy. The first one is to simply go back to your house. As you enter your house, your Energy Bar will be filled up immediately.
This is by far the best of two options since your Energy bar will be filled completely within no time. The other option to restore your Energy is to eat some food. While you can use ingredients and vegetables to restore your Energy, it is best to use them to make meals instead.

This is because meals restore more portions of your Energy bar than simply using ingredients. The higher the numbers of a meal’s stars, the higher portion of your Energy bar will be restored.
You can also increase your Energy Bar by leveling up. To level up simply complete tasks and activities the game has provided.
Disney Dream Valley is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
