Since the launch of the first game, House Flipper fans have been asking for multiplayer. Renovating a home with your friends in co-op just sounds like so much fun. With the release of House Flipper 2, players came with the same question. Let’s take a look at whether their prayers have been answered and if House Flipper 2 has multiplayer and cross-platform.
Is Multiplayer Coming To House Flipper 2?
Unfortunately, House Flipper 2 does not have multiplayer. Regardless of how much we wanted it, it wasn’t a feature that was added to the sequel. However, it’s definitely possible that it’s something that the developers are actively working on. If not, they at least have some sort of solution for fans. According to Senior Moderator Lizzums on the House Flipper 2 official Discord, a form of multiplayer is expected to be released at some point via MOD.io.
We can’t say yes or no at this time! It certainly won’t have these modes on release. However, thanks to ModIO, players will be able to create and share jobs with other players, and this feature will work cross-platform.

Right now, the only thing you’re able to do that’s even remotely similar is share your created house. This is also a feature done through MOD.io, similar to the feature that Lizzums talks about above. The difference is that players can only share their houses as opposed to actually playing in the same game as one another.
Is House Flipper 2 Cross-Platform?
At this moment, cross-platform is not a feature in House Flipper 2. Multiplayer is said to be added to MOD.io at a later point for players to create and share jobs with one another. Once the feature is available to install, players will be able to play cross-platform. There is no definite information as to when this should be happening, though it has at least been confirmed by someone within the House Flipper 2 professional community.
