You can increase your Dexterity attribute at any Site of Grace using Runes. You can obtain runes by defeating enemies and bosses throughout the game. The number of runes you need to increase Dexterity will scale with your character level. Alternatively, you can respec after defeating Rennala and using a Larval Tear.
If you plan to level your Dexterity, having suitable weapons will help you fully utilize its effects. Weapons such as the Uchigatana, Urumi Whip and Morgott’s Cursed Sword are a few examples of some that you may wish to seek out. If you are looking for ranged options, Greatbows are a viable option.
